Cosmetic Acupuncture is also known as facial rejuvenation acupuncture. However, it is more than just a means of targeting wrinkles. Based on the Chinese Medicine theory that connects Jing (essence), Qi (vital energy) and Shen (spirit), it brings harmony to the entire body. Although the reason many clients request Cosmetic Acupuncture is to delay signs of aging the added benefits of this treatment is the way in which it enhances inner beauty.
How does it work?
It works by inserting fine sterilized, highest quality needles in the face and body to create a micro trauma to the surface of the skin. A treatment that encourages the regeneration of collagen and elastin, which is being lost due to ageing and external pollution.
Any Side effects?
There may be minor bruising and slight facial redness, but this will disappear within a few days. Apart from this, there are no known side effects.
